Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns   

We regret any trouble caused should you get defective or damaged goods. Within 48 hours of receiving the item, please get in touch with our customer service staff and provide the information needed to arrange for a return or exchange. If the wrong product or item is delivered, please get in touch with us right away, and we'll set up a return or exchange. The item must be in perfect condition and show no evidence of wear and tear in order for the return to be approved. Additionally, all tags, packaging, and invoices need to be kept in order to guarantee a successful return. If any of these items are missing, the return might not be accepted. Please notify our support team within 48 hours if an ordered item does not arrive in its original condition or has parts missing. They will do their best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.    

The Refund Process   

Get in touch with our customer service department to start the refund process. Kindly provide them with all the relevant information, such as your order number and a thorough justification for your refund request. You will receive the return instructions as soon as your request is accepted.    

Refund Method   

If a refund is issued, it will be processed using the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. After the returned item is received and inspected, you should get your refund in the next 5 to 7 business days.    

The Cost of Shipping   

Unless there was an error on our part, shipping charges will not be reimbursed in the event of a return. In the event that we made a mistake, we will pay for the return postage.    

Refund Exceptions   

Digital products, including software or e-books, cannot be refunded or returned once they have been accessed or downloaded. Moreover, goods that are personalized or specially manufactured cannot be returned or refunded. Perishable items, such as food and flowers, cannot be returned or refunded due to their perishable nature. It is important for you to know that there are particular exclusions for each of these categories, which will be made apparent to you throughout the purchasing process.
